Compare the Luxury Grey Teddy Fur Cave Bed Blanket and the Luxury Green Teddy Fur Deluxe Cocoon Blanket to find the right fit for your dog's bed.
Quick Answer
Choose the Luxury Grey Teddy Fur Cave Bed Round Blanket if you own a Cave bed, and the Luxury Green Teddy Fur Deluxe Cocoon Round Blanket if you own a Deluxe Cocoon bed. Each blanket is designed specifically for its bed shape and material, so mixing them won't give a proper fit.
Why the Right Blanket Matters
Dog bed blankets do more than add a layer of warmth. They protect the bed cover from dirt and wear, and they give your dog a familiar, cozy surface. But a blanket that doesn't match the bed's shape or material can slide around, bunch up, or fail to stay in place.
Collared Creatures makes two round blankets that look similar at first glance. Both are made from plush teddy fur and come in four sizes. The key difference is which bed they're built for.
Material Match
The Luxury Grey Teddy Fur Cave Bed Blanket is designed to match the teddy fur interior of the newer Cave bed. This means the blanket feels consistent with the bed's lining, creating a seamless cozy surface your dog will appreciate.
The Luxury Green Teddy Fur Deluxe Cocoon Blanket, while also teddy fur, is made to fit the Deluxe Cocoon bed. It keeps the bed clean and reduces how often you need to wash the bed cover itself.
Trade-Offs at a Glance
- Cave Bed Blanket: Designed exclusively for the Cave bed. The teddy fur material matches the bed's interior, giving a cohesive look and feel.
- Cocoon Bed Blanket: Made specifically for the Deluxe Cocoon bed. Helps keep the bed cover clean and extends the time between washes.
- Interchangeability: Neither blanket is designed to fit the other bed style. Using the wrong blanket may result in poor fit or slipping. Always check which bed model you own before ordering a blanket.
