The flat woven chenille has a soft, plush hand feel, and the weave itself carries a slightly distressed, velvety texture that gives the fabric real depth rather than a flat, printed look. It holds its shape and colour through repeated washing, rather than flattening or pilling the way cheaper throws often do.

The reverse is lined in polar fleece: lightweight, breathable and genuinely warm without the bulk. It dries fast, resists water better than cotton, and won't leave your dog overheating on a warm afternoon the way heavier fabrics can.
